Robin A. Watts

Our beautiful angel Robin A. Watts, 69, of Bassett, formerly from Pennsylvania went home to be with the Lord on Wednesday, July 23, 2022 at Sovah Health Hospital of Martinsville with her daughter by her side. She was born on February 10, 1953 in Pennsylvania to the late Edith Myers Watts and the late Kenneth George Watts. She was preceded in death by her daughter, Krystal A. Miele and sister, Gerry.

Robin is survived by her loving brother, Kenny Watts; sister-in-law, Susan Watts both from Pennsylvania; niece, Stephanie Watts; nephew, Kenny Watt, III. Devoted and dedicated partner of twenty two years, James Darrell Newman; a truly special and devoted daughter, Nicole Holey and daughter, Marie Miele of the home; special brother-in-law, Danny Allen Newman of Virginia; sister-in-law, Phyllis Keaton of Bassett; granddaughter, Crystal; two grandsons and many other relatives.

Robin dedicated twenty two years of service at Stanleytown Health and Rehab from which she retired. She had many passions in her life, especially the love and faith in the Lord and prayed every night. She was always giving to others in need. The passion she had for her family was unconditional. She made some special bonds, friendships and joking with the people she worked with and the residents. She loved making flower arrangements, listening to music and drinking coffee with her daughters. Robin had a heart of gold, lived life to the fullest. Mom you will be truly missed.
