David Franklin Hartman, 61, of Vinton, Virginia passed away on Thursday, November 10, 2022.
He is preceded in death by his parents, James and Marjorie Hartman; sister, Frances D. Woods; brother, Henry Dewayne Hartman.
Surviving are his brother, Charles Calvin Hartman (Angela); sister, Joyce Lee Burwell; 3 nieces and 3 nephews.
A celebration of David’s life will be held at 11:00 am, Saturday, November 19, 2021, at Lotz Funeral Home Roanoke 1001 Franklin Road SW Roanoke, VA 24016 with Pastor Brian Geiser officiating.
