Terry Wayne Campbell

Terry Wayne Campbell, 55, of Appomattox passed away on Saturday, August 12, 2023.
Born on October 5, 1967, in Lynchburg, he was the son of Robert Allen McKinney of Concord and Ida Frances Austin of Amherst. He worked as a storeroom clerk for Custom Truck One Source. Terry was all about family; a loving and devoted husband, wonderful father and an amazing PopPop. Family was his everything. He was a total goofball and never met a stranger. He was recognized by everyone as he would pass by honking his horn at them.
In addition to his parents he is survived by his wife of almost 28 years who he absolutely adored, April Denise Watson Campbell; two children, Tristan Campbell and wife, Taylor of Rustburg, and Kiersten Campbell Clark and husband, Justin of Lynchburg; two grandchildren, Logan and Haileigh, and was anticipating the arrival of grand baby Clark in December; a very special niece, Taylor Dawn Brooks, Rustburg, who was like a daughter; three brothers, Charlie McKinney and wife, April of Christiansburg, Johnny McKinney and wife, Gina of Concord, and Barry Wills and wife, Deborah of Madison Heights; brother-in-law, William Watson, Jr. and wife, Mary; and mother and father-in-law, Mary Ellen and Larry Foster all of Appomattox
The family will receive friends from 5-7 pm, Saturday, August 19, 2023, at Robinson Funeral Home; wear your favorite tie-dye in his memory. Other times the family will receive at the residence.
