Lori Wilson Gott

Lori Robyn Wilson Gott, 48, of Appomattox, passed away Saturday, May 11, 2024. She was the loving wife of Michael Graham Gott for 24 years.
Born in Jackson, WY, October 15, 1975, she was a daughter of Glenda Miller Wilson and Robert Clifton Wilson. Lori was a member of Evergreen Baptist Church. She served for many years in children’s ministry in numerous churches. She enjoyed photography and homeschooling her four children. She was a volunteer with the Pregnancy Support Center in Appomattox and M.E.N.D. Mommies Enduring Neonatal Death.
In addition to her husband and parents, she was the loving mother to her four children, Ashlyn Gott, Kaitlyn Gott, Caleb Gott and Malachi Gott; six siblings, Jonathan Wilson and wife, Kimberly, Melissa Wilson, Jeffrey Wilson, Matthew Wilson, Andrew Wilson and wife, Tiffani and Kourtney Wilson; parents-in-law, Donnie and Joyce Gott; brother-in-law, Jonathan and wife, Lena Gott; numerous nieces and nephews; and thousands of prayer warriors.
She was preceded in death by an infant child, Baby Gott; mother-in-law, Rita Gott; maternal grandparents, Bob and Imogene Miller; paternal grandparents, Bob and Lou Wilson; maternal aunt, Kay Gurley; and baby niece, Kinsley Parker.
A funeral service will be held 11 a.m., Wednesday, May 15, 2024, at Evergreen Baptist Church with Pastor Todd Estes officiating. Burial will follow in Evergreen Cemetery.
The family will receive friends from 7 until 8:30 p.m., Tuesday, May 14, 2024, at Evergreen Baptist Church.
