Jesse William Lawson Jr., 70, of Roanoke passed away on Sunday, November 10, 2019. Jesse was an adoring and loving father and grandfather. He loved to retell humorous family stories from the past. He is survived by his wife, Joyce Lawson; his daughters, Jennifer Pinkerton and husband Derek, and Jessica Lawson and significant other Nathan; grandchildren, Alexis Pinkerton and Rachel Pinkerton; and brother, Tony Lawson. A Memorial Service will be held on Sunday, November 17 at 2pm at Simpson Funeral Home. The family will receive friends from 1:00-2:00pm.
