Levi Surface, age 85, of Blacksburg, Va. died Monday, January 14, 2019. Funeral services will be conducted Wednesday, January 16, 2019 at 12 noon in the McCoy Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Jimmie Price and Rev. Keith Graves officiating. The family will receive friends a hour before the service. Arrangements by McCoy Funeral Home, Blacksburg.
