James (Jimmy) Wheeler Owens, 77, of Salem, passed away on Monday, May 25, 2020. The family will receive friends from 1:30 to 2:30 p.m. on Friday, June 5, 2020, at the John M. Oakey & Son Funeral Home in Salem. Following a procession to Sherwood Memorial Park, a graveside service will be conducted at 2 p.m. with Pastor Roger Counts officiating.
