Harry Linwood Brown 85 of Roanoke passed away Thursday May 16, 2019. A son, Harry Linwood “Woody” Brown, his parents, Harry and Nola Brown and sisters, Mabel Kirk and Marie Whitt, preceded him.
Left to cherish his memory are his wife Ava Brown; son, Rodney Brown and wife Beth; stepchildren, David Vandergrift and wife Lisa, Wanda Mullins, and John Vandergrift Sr. and wife Diane; brother, Doug Brown and wife Joanne. Along with numerous grandchildren, three great grandchildren and many friends.
The family would like to say thank you to Gentle Shepherd Hospice for all their care and support during this time.
A memorial service will be held 2:00pm Saturday May 25, 2019 at Simpson Funeral Home. Inurnment will be private.
