Logan George Copening, Jr.

Logan George Copening, Jr., was born on September 13, 1977 in Martinsville, Virginia to Patricia Spencer Copening and the late Logan George Copening, Sr.  He departed this life on Sunday, December 6, 2020.
Logan was a graduate of Bassett High School, Class of 1995. In high school he was an athlete who played football, basketball, ran track and participated in JROTC.  He worked many years for Applied Felts and most recently Hanes Brand.
He is survived by one son Christopher Copening, two daughters, Breanna Thompson  & Alysha Copening; his mother Patricia Copening, one sister Triaillyn Evans, one nephew Bryson Evans and a host of relatives and friends.
 
Due to the governor’s requirements for Covid-19, a face covering is required and social distancing is to be observed.
