Genevieve (Liz) Crawford White

Genevieve (Liz) Crawford White, 93, of Salem, transitioned to her heavenly home in the early morning hours of January 30, 2021.  The oldest of 11 children of Claude L. and Eddie Monia Bradley Crawford who predeceased her as well as her brothers, James Henry (Sonny) Crawford and Claude Cecil Crawford.  Also, predeceasing her was the love of her life, Jasper Ernest White; son, James (Jimmy) Ernest White; and step-daughter, Barbara White Burnette.
Survivors are daughters, Linda (John) Early, Shirley White, Brenda (Woody) Wheeler; special granddaughter, Melanie Capito; grandsons, Jeff and Brian Early, Michael and Ricky Wheeler (Jessica); great grandchildren, Clayton Early, Max and Charleigh Wheeler; step-great grand-daughter, Addy Jake.  Surviving siblings, Mary Murphy, Frances Lamb, Dorothy Dowdy, Martha Milliron, Shirley Churchhill (Jim), Sylvia Brisendine (Stan), Marie Saul (Billy) ,William Crawford (Janice); numerous nieces and nephews.
The family will receive friends Saturday, February 6, 2021 from 11 to 12 (Noon) at Lotz Salem Chapel.  Funeral service will begin at Noon in the Chapel.  Interment will follow in Sherwood Memorial Park.
Due to mandates placed by our Governor, we will be following the guidelines for social distancing and masks.
