MIchael Hendricks

Michael Hendricks ,69, of Spencer, Virginia passed away March 20, 2021 at Stanleytown Health and Rehab. He was born January 7, 1952 in Martinsville to the late Charlie E. and Annie Lovelace Hendricks. In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by his sister Barbara Jean Hendricks, and three brothers, Junior Hendricks, Gene Hendricks, and James Hendricks.

Michael attended Better Life Ministries, and he loved to fish, camp, hunt, and play with his granddaughters and dog.

He is survived by his wife, Nadine Burgart Hendricks, one daughter, Kimberley Purdy (Tommy), sisters, Lorene Murdock, and Shirley Allen, three granddaughters, Jasmine Boyd, Kadence Boyd, and Madison Purdy, and a nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

A memorial service will be held Wednesday, March 24, 2021 at Wright Funeral Service chapel at 5:00 PM. Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service.
