Nathaniel Taylor Via

Nathaniel Taylor Via, 80, of Martinsville, Virginia passed away Monday, April 26, 2021, at his home. He was born May 13, 1940 in Patrick County, Virginia to the late John and Sarah Zigler Via Hairston. He was self employed as owner/operator of Via’s Janitorial Service and was a Martinsville Volunteer Fire Fighter.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Mary Kidd Via; daughter, Sandra Via; son, Stanley Via; brothers, John Wade Via and James Benton Via.

Mr. Via is survived by his daughters, Michelle Morrison, Sheryl Preston, and Shalia Davis; son, Glenn Thomas; nephew James Keith; and numerous aunts, cousins, grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
