Joe Davis Yates, 49, of Collinsville, VA passed away on Friday, May 07, 2021, at his residence. He was born January 5, 1972, in Greensboro, North Carolina. Joe was preceded in death by his mother, Linda Peterson Yates.

Joe attended Trash Ministries. He loved drawing, painting, and doing woodwork.

Joe is survived by his parents, Claude and Martha Yates; wife of 31 years, Beverly Hall Yates; sons, Joe Yates, Jr., Branson Yates and fiancée Kassandra Rincon, and Christian Yates; sisters, Jolynn Yates and Sherry Hazelwood; brother, Donnie Hanson; and several nieces and nephews.

A memorial service will be held at a later date.
