Florence Marie Thomas-Francisco, 96, of Newcastle, passed away peacefully, Sunday, June 16, 2019. She is survived by her husband Eugene B. Francisco, 97; and 4 children, 7 grandchildren, 15 great-grandchildren. A celebration of life will be held at a later date at Craig Valley Baptist Church.
