She was proceeded in death by her ;Father, James Phillips; Son, DJ Phillips, and Brother in law Johnnie Scrotsky
She is Survived by her Dog Ranger; Mother, Brenda Phillips; children. Jay and Breanna Agee; Sister, Wendy Hall; nieces and nephews Cody and Shelly Hall, Sabrina Scrotsky, Kennedy Hall and Joeseph Tucker

The family will receive friends from 2:00 p.m.- 5:00 p.m. on Sunday, June 13, 2021 at Lotz Vinton Chapel.
