JoAnn M. Flowers, 87, of Vinton, passed away on August 10, 2021. She was predeceased by her husband, Irby Flowers; son, Sidney Flowers; sister Betty Williamson.
She is survived by her children, Charles Flowers (Bonnie), Stephanie Saunders (Bruce), Anthony Flowers (Sharon), Kim Nimmo (Ralph) and Tammy Clemmer (Timmy); 11 grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren.
There will be a celebration of life 12 noon, Saturday, August 14, 2021 at Jeters Chapel the family will receive friends from 11 to 12, Pastor Paul Stover officiating. Burial will be at Jeters Chapel Cemetery.
