Delbert L Mays,76, of Roanoke, son of Otis and Ethel Mays, of Roanoke, passed away peacefully at his home. He was predeceased by wives, Hazel Mays, and Lillian Kinser Mays; brothers, Everette, Linwood, and Dennis Mays; sisters, Chlorie Gordon, and Pearl Thomason.
Surviving family includes sisters, Vernice Wright, and Shirley Mays; brother, Sherman Mays, and several, nieces and nephews.
A graveside service will be held at 2:00 PM on Monday, September 27, 2021 at Glade Creek Baptist Church Cemetery with Pastor Jeff Gardner officiating.
