The family will receive friends 2-4 and 6-8 pm, Tuesday, October 19, 2021 at Lotz Funeral Home, 1001 Franklin Road, Roanoke. A celebration of Roger’s life will be held 1:00 pm, Wednesday, October 20, 2021 at Lamplight Baptist Church , 4307 Rock Garden Ln, Roanoke, VA 24018 with Pastor Jeffery Gardner officiating. Burial will follow at Mountain View Cemetery, Boonesmill.
