Mike was driven to succeed in every aspect of his life and was proud to provide for his family. His career progressed from turning wrenches as a mechanic to true leadership as a Product Director in the automotive industry. Mike strived to be the best while starting and growing his own company, Specialty Sales, in the auto parts supply industry.

Mike will be deeply missed by his loving wife, Karen; sons, Andrew Day, and wife, Ravan, and Bryan Day; grandchildren, Keynon and Ayden Knowles and Madison Day. Mike was the first born of five children, Mary Beth (Tom) Dineen, Tim (Dorothy) Day, Danny Day and Matt (Yu Jeong) Day.

The family will celebrate his life with friends on Saturday, November 6, 2021, beginning at 5:00 p.m., in the chapel of John M. Oakey and Son Funeral Home. A memorial service will immediately follow visitation and will begin at 6:00 p.m. The family is requesting a donation to the National Kidney Foundation in lieu of flowers.
