Robert (Bob) Lee Saunders

Robert (Bob) Lee Saunders, 84, of Goodview, passed away November 7, 2021. He was born July 23, 1937, was retired from the Postal Service and was a lifelong farmer.
He was preceded I death by his parents, Geoffery L. (G.L.) Saunders and Hallie Burnette Saunders; brother, Claude Ray Saunders, Sr.; sister, Sara Cooper.
Surviving are his sister, Phyllis S. (Bob) Mitchell ); nieces and nephews; David Howell, Sara Fisher, Timmy (Teresa) Chewning, Sherrie Heck, Ray (Annette) Saunders, Christie Thompson and numerous great nieces and nephews. And a special friend Sam Wilkins.
The family will receive friends Tuesday, November 9, 2021 at Lotz Vinton Chapel from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. A graveside service will be held at Morgans Baptist Church Cemetery, Wednesday, November 10, 2021 at 1:00 p.m. with Joey Phillips officiating. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Stewartsville-Chamblissburg Fire Department.
