Edna “Louise” Culpepper Compton, 93, of Ridgeway, Virginia passed away Thursday, November 18, 2021, at her residence. She was born November 13, 1938, in Echols County, Georgia to the late David Lawson Culpepper and Lelia Padgett Culpepper. She attended New Heights Baptist Church. Louise enjoyed cross stitching, needlework, camping, and traveling. She had traveled to every state except New Mexico, Alaska and Hawaii.
She is survived by her husband, Dorsey O. Compton; daughters, Janice Austin (Bobby) and Marion Brown (Kendall); three grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
