Lisa Paige Prater Knowles

Lisa Paige Prater Knowles, 55, of Ridgeway, Virginia, passed away Saturday, November 27, 2021. She was born October 18, 1966, in Martinsville, to Virginia Chaney Prater and the late Ace Franklin Prater.

She was of the Baptist Faith and was a cheerleader in her earlier years. She loved to rescue animals and spend time outdoors with her grandchildren, family, and friends. She was a compassionate person and an amazing caregiver.

In addition to her mother, Lisa is survived by her daughters, Amber Paige Moore (David) and Alyssa Noel Adkins (Walter); sister, Tamie Baker; grandchildren, Makayla Hurd and DeMarcus Adkins; three nieces; one nephew; one great-nephew; and two great-nieces.

Services will be held at a later date.
