Judy Elaine Milner Niblett

Judy Elaine Millner Niblett, age 75, passed away peacefully on Friday, November 19, 2021 at 1:08 A. M. She was born August 25, 1946 in Martinsville, VA to the late Tony L. Millner, Sr and Mira W. Millner.

She worked and retired from J and J South East in Ridgeway, VA. She was also an active agent in Millner's Bail Bonding Service in Martinsville, VA

She was a dedicated member of Mt. Sinai Apostle Church for many years.

Judy leaves to cherish her memory, her loving son, Rodrick Millner of Martinsville, VA, her grandchildren, Aaron K Millner and Brandon Millner both of Louisville, KY,

Johnathan Millner of North Carolina, and Tkay Millner of South Carolina. Her great grandchildren, Illajah Millner, Braxton Millner, Omari Millner, Omani Millner, Amir Millner, Sloane Millner, and Jayden Baptiste.

A host of nieces, nephews, and friends will also be left to cherish her memory.

Judy will also be missed dearly by her companion Stephanie Giles of Martinsville, VA

A funeral will be held on Saturday, December 4, 2021, at 11:30 A. M. Mt. Sinai Apostle Church with Bishop J. C. Richardson officiating. Visitation will be thirty minutes prior to the service. Burial will follow at Carver Memorial Gardens.
