Charles Howard Hairston

Charles Howard Hairston, age 57 of Martinsville, Virginia passed away on December 14, 2021. Mr. Hairston was born on September 5, 1964 in Henry County to the late Nick Hairston and the late Nancy Hairston Hairston. Charles was employed as a deliveryman for a Canteen Vending Company. He served in the U.S. Air Force. He was a member of High Ridge Missionary Baptist Church.
Charles is survived by two sisters; Glenda H. Palmer (Harvey), Linda Diane Easley, three brothers; William Hairston (Sandra), Quince Hairston (Connie) and James Hairston. Nieces and nephews; Sheraye Roy, Jessica Hairston, Montrece Hairston, Rainey Palmer, Neil Easley (Tammy), Nicholas Hairston (Aaroa), Stacey Brown (Ketta), Larissa Toomer (Jeff), Yolander Millner (Barry) and Bobbi Fluellyn.
Funeral Services will be held on Monday, December 20, 2021 at 1:00 PM at Collins Funeral Home Chapel, 30 Riverside Hwy, Bassett, Virginia 24055. The family will receive friends at the funeral home one hour prior to the service from 12:00 to 1:00 PM. Interment will follow in Carver Memorial Gardens.
