Ephaya La'Stye De'Ante Manns

Ephaya La’Stye De’Ante Manns, 29, of Martinsville, Virginia passed away Saturday, December 25, 2021, at her home. She was born August 11, 1992, to Harrison Wayne Scales and Sherrika Manns Williams. She was a member of Gethsemane Pentecostal Holiness Church and a graduate of Magna Vista High School. She enjoyed writing and being with family and friends.

In addition to her parents, she is survived by her daughters, Azariyah Waller and A’keri Manns; sister, Khadijah Williams; brothers, Kairee Manns and Freddie Williams, III; grandparents, Alonzo and Marilyn Powell, Sharon Powell; and great-grandmother, Alma Cheek Powell.

The funeral will be held Thursday, December 30, 2021, at 1:00 P. M. at Refuge Temple with Elder Alan Preston officiating. Burial will follow at Dodson Family Cemetery, Martinsville, Virginia. A floating visitation will be held on Wednesday, December 29, 2021, from 12 noon until 6:00 PM at Wright Funeral Service Chapel.
