Bessie Joan Hanselman

Bessie Joan Hanselman of Daleville passed away on December 21, 2021 at the age of 88. She was born in Ann Arbor, Michigan

She was preceded in death by her husband, Ralph Roy Hanselman; parents, William and Helen Hicks; a son, Clifford Hanselman; granddaughter, Stephanie Hanselman; sisters, Haltha Stevenson, Jane Hanselman from Grand Rapids, Michigan, and Bessie Hanselman, and Barbara Hanselman of Selen, Michigan

Bessie was a mother to Glenda Marie Jennigans, Nancy Jean-Conner, Larry Dean Hanselman of Vinton, Virginia, Donald E. Hanselman, and brother, Bill Hicks, sister, Mary Koch, nine grandchildren and several great-grandchildren.

Bessie enjoyed gardening, her flowers, crocheting, jig saw puzzles, word searches, reading, and loved the color pink. She worked for 20 years at Braugh Brumfield doing Proof Reading and Book Binding. Bessie was a member of Faith Baptist Church in Richmond, Kentucky.
