Cindy Annette Lucas, 50, of Roanoke, passed away at home, Friday, December 31, 2021

Cindy was the most loving and caring person you would ever meet, she never met a Stranger.

Cindy is preceded in death by her father, Clyde Henry Lucas.
Surviving are her mother and step-father, Linda and William Sweeney of Moneta, VA; Brothers, Christopher Saul of Moneta, VA and Michael Sweeney (Missy) of Tifton, GA.; Longtime boyfriend, Jerry Welcher of Roanoke, VA; many nieces and nephews whom she cherished, Devon Saul (Jennifer), Preston Saul (Kayla), Elizabeth Saul, Collyn Caldwell, Megan Sweeney, Baily Sweeney; Special cousin, Anthony Snider of Iowa.

The family will receive friends from 3 to 4 pm on Saturday, January 8, 2022 at Lotz Funeral Home, 1001 Franklin Road SW Roanoke, VA 24016. Burial will be private.
