Ruth Yvonne Law

On Wednesday, January 12, 2022, God sent His Angel to bring home Ruth Yvonne Law age 70 of Rocky Mount. She was born June 26, 1951 a daughter of the late Ruth and Henry Smith and was also preceded in death by a sister, Barbara Finney.
She leaves to cherish her memory, tw daughters, Kortney and Stephanie Law of Rocky Mount; two sisters, Robin Lennon and Sylvia (Joseph) Menefee, Rocky Mount; two brothers, Lawrence (Faye) Smith, Spring Lake, NC and John (Su) Smith, Long Grove, IL. She is also survived by a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
Celebration of her life wil conducted from Conner-Bowman Funeral Home, 1 p.m. Wednesday, January 19, 2022. Interment will follow in Byrd View Cemetery. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service beginning at 12:00 p.m.
Due to the current increased number of cases of COVID-19 and its variant, the family respectfully asks that masks be worn for the visitation and service. Thank you for your understanding.
