Linda Gaye Singleton Whitt

Linda Gaye Singleton Whitt, 70, (formerly of Roanoke) passed away Tuesday, February 1, 2022 in Gallatin, TN. She was preceded in death by her parents, James Donald and Nina Flannary Singleton; and her sister, Deborah Yarbrough.

Linda was a former employee of U S Foods, National Linen Service, Virginia Cares and TAP. She was an active member of New Life Christian Ministries.

Surviving are her husband of 48 years, Charles Whitt; sons, James Daniel Whitt and spouse Lori Carroll, and Jonathan Douglas Whitt; grandsons, Dalton James Whitt, and Dylan Elijha Whitt; sisters, Sheila Mullins and Susan Henry; and a twin brother, Larry Ray Singleton (Nancy)

Funeral services will be conducted 1:00 p.m. Tuesday, February 8, 2022 at Simpson Funeral Home 5160 Peters Creek Road by Pastor Gary Alls. Interment will follow in Old Dominion Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. Monday, February 7, 2022 at Simpson Funeral Home. 366-0707
