David E. Haymaker

David E. Haymaker, of Roanoke, age 63, born April 24, 1958 went to his heavenly home on Tuesday, March 1, 2022. He was preceded in death by his father, Donald Haymaker; stepmother Leona Haymaker; Paternal Grandparents, Marcus A. and Ella Sears Haymaker; Maternal Grandparents, James Berkley and Ruth Haskins Akers and his uncle, Marcus Haymaker Jr..

He is survived by his lifelong partner, Kathy Hughes; his mother and stepfather, Laura and Bill Vest; a daughter and son-in law, Kari and Billy Yates; a son, Todd Haymaker; a step son, Jason and Melissa Hughes; a step daughter, Emily and Adam Henry; step son, Danny and Candice Perdun; granddaughters, Natalie and Avery Yates; Lucy Jane Henry, Ayla Perdun; grandsons, Reuben and Ryder Ferris; special fur baby, Maggie Mae.

David always enjoyed camping and fishing with family and friends, he especially loved riding his Harleys.

A memorial service will be held at Exalted Church on Williamson Road in Roanoke on Sunday March 6th at 3pm.
