Nora Gay Holt Hill

Nora Gaye Holt Hill, 58, of Martinsville, Virginia passed away on Wednesday, March 23, 2022, at Carilion Roanoke Memorial. She was born May 28, 1963, in Webster Springs, West Virginia to the late Gene Holt, Sr. and Margie Hitt Holt.

She loved music, spending time with her grandchildren, coloring, painting, and cooking. She was of the Methodist faith and attended the historic Big Creek High School in War, West Virginia.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her sisters, Brenda Holt, and Terry Holt; and brother, Dave Holt.

She is survived by her husband, Claude Hill; sons, Chris Hill (Amanda), and David Hill (Kayla); sister, Joyce Hall; brothers; Mark Holt, Hugh Holt, Tim Holt, Gene Holt, Jr., and Rick Holt; grandchildren, James Robert Hill, and Alyssa Kaye Hill.

The funeral will be held on Saturday, March 26, 2022, at 5:00 PM at Wright Funeral Service Chapel with Pastor Pete Nance officiating. Burial will follow at Fair Haven Memorial Park. Visitation will be held on Friday, March 25, 2022, from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Wright Funeral Service Chapel.
