Barbara Lois Taliaferro Barnhart, 92, of Salem, Virginia, went to be with the Lord on Wednesday, September 16, 2026, while surrounded by her loving family.

The family will welcome friends for a time of visitation on Friday, October 2, 2026, from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m., at Salem Church of Christ. Funeral services will begin at 11:00 a.m. with David Workman and Pastor Taylor Plott officiating. Interment immediately following in Sherwood Memorial Park.
