Benjamin Douglas Davidson

With broken hearts, we share the loss of our beloved baby boy, Benjamin Douglas Davidson, who was born sleeping on April 28th, 2025. Though he never took a breath in this world, Benjamin is deeply loved and will be forever missed. He is preceded in death by grandmother, Ruth Davidson.

Benjamin was a dream, a hope, and a light in our lives from the moment we knew of him. In his short time with us he brought joy, love, and anticipation. He will always remain a part of our family, and his memory will live on in our hearts forever.

He is mourned by his loving parents, Terry and Crystal Davidson of Martinsville, and by a circle of family and friends who were ready to welcome him with open arms. Though we never got to see him grow, we will carry him with us every day.

He is also survived by sisters, Emelyn Danielle Rose and Laurynn Marie-Rose Ballinger; grandparents, James D. Davidson, Danny Rose and Tina Rose; uncle, Bobby Jones; aunt, Susan Gardner; and nephew, Camden.

A private memorial will be held to honor baby Benjamin’s life and the love he inspired.

We may not have held him for long, but he will be held within our hearts with love forever.
