Beulah Davis Atkins, age 96, of Dobson, NC passed away on Thursday morning September 7, 2023, in Mt. Airy, NC.  She was born in Surry County on August 24, 1927, to the late William Albert Davis and the late Lottie Wolfe Davis.  In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Troy McKinley Atkins; granddaughter, Sarah Elizabeth Atkins; sister, Effie Anthony; brothers, Paul Davis, Wade Davis.
Beulah was a homemaker, and a member of Fairview Baptist Church.  Surviving is her son and daughter-in-law, Tim and Kathy Atkins; sisters, Annie Lou McCormick, Nell Lowe; brother, Joe Davis.  Funeral services will be held 3:00 PM. Sunday September 10, 2023, at Fairview Baptist Church, with burial to follow in the church cemetery.  Rev. Dan Merritt and Rev. Billy Nale will officiate the service.  The family will receive friends at the church from 1:00 PM until the time of the service.    The family would like to thank Cathy Holyfield and Cathy Hodges for the love and care given to Beulah.  Moody-Davis Funeral Home is serving the Atkins family.
