Bonnie Lee Hamlin Lankford

Bonnie Lee Lankford passed away peacefully on 8/19/2026 at the age of 83. She was the best wife and mother anyone could ask for. Her hobbies included cross-stich, baking, painting, miniatures, and doll collecting. Throughout her life she volunteered with many church activities. She was also a proud graduate of Virginia Tech.

Bonnie was preceded in death by her parents B.C. Hamlin and Norma Margaret Pearce, and her sister Cheryl Chadwick.

She is survived by her loving husband of 65 years Ronald Lankford, her brother Burney Hamlin, and her children, Ronnie & Elizabeth Lankford, Ryan & Angela Lankford, Robyn Lankford and Rani Lankford, and grandchildren Tristan Lankford, Klara Lankford, Keiko Klisiewecz, Kole Klisiewecz and Natalie Klisiewecz.
