Brad Edwin Mahan
Brad Edwin Mahan, 34, passed away unexpectedly on September 14, 2024. He was born in Danville, VA on February 22, 1990 to Mrs. Donna Hines Smith and the late Darrelle Mahan.
Brad was of the Christian faith, and a member of Compassion Church. Brad loved snowboarding, mudding, and skydiving. He had an adventurous soul, mud, water, snow, sky, he was in it with no second thoughts. Brad leaves behind 3 beautiful sons; Little Brad, Ryan, and Roman. He had a relationship with his family most only dreamed of. He was his mother’s world, he was literally her heart beat outside of her body. He was very close with his Aunt and Uncle Annette and Garry. He knew there was always a place at the table for him there and no one could keep his white shirts clean like her. And Granny, he was the twinkle in her eyes. There was never a dull moment as they shared the same kindred, spunky soul. He also loved his dog, Trooper. Brad was loved by many and lit up any room he walked in. He loved his Lord and Savior and would share his story with anyone. He fought his battles on his knees with his arms lifted high, now he has the best seat next to Jesus.
