Bryan Rothwell

Mr. Bryan Kent Rothwell, age 66, of Covington, died Monday, April 1, 2024, at his residence. He was the husband of Sandy Holestin Rothwell.
Mr. Rothwell was born June 21, 1957 in Pulaski County, the son of the late Benjamin Ballard Rothwell and Shirley Dame Rothwell. During his working, Mr. Rothwell was employed as a carpenter and truly enjoyed working with his hands and building things. Bryan enjoyed hunting and fishing in his spare time. Most of all, he loved spending time with his family especially his grandchildren.
In addition to his wife, Mr. Rothwell is survived by four sons, David Gibson of Covington, Adam Gibson of Covington, Jason Rothwell of Danville and Zach Rothwell of Danville; a daughter, Misty York of Ashboro, NC; eleven grandchildren; a brother, Stephen B. Rothwell of Covington; a sister, Linda R. Arritt and husband, Chipper of Covington; an aunt, Nancy Dame; three nephews, Matt Rothwell, Eric Rothwell and Josh Arritt; and a niece, Emily Arritt.
In addition to his parents, Mr. Rothwell was preceded in death by a daughter, Michelle Gibson and two brothers, David Wayne Rothwell and Samuel Neil Rothwell.
A graveside service will be conducted at 2:30 P.M. Friday, April 5, 2024, at Cedar Hill Cemetery with Rev. Eddie Irvine officiating.
