Carol Jeanne Britt

Carol Jeanne Britt, age 88, of Christiansburg, died Tuesday, May 5, 2026. She was born in Sugar Grove, VA on September 11, 1937, to the late Robert and Pauline Testerman Brown. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Kenneth Lewis Britt, Sr., and brother Dickie Brown. She is survived by her sons and daughters in law, Kenneth Lewis Britt, Jr. and wife, Christy, Timothy Ross Britt, Stephen Derek Britt and wife, Shannon; grandchildren, Dylan Britt (Kaylee Story), Kendell Britt, Conner Britt, Emma Britt (Derrick Ball); sister and brother-in-law, Pat Ray and husband, Bill; brother, Fred Medley and wife, Theresa; brother-in-law, Charles Luther; special niece, Kathi Eshbach and husband, David; special “nephew” John Haley; furry companion, Cooper; as well as numerous nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held on Friday, May 8, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. in the McCoy Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Colby Calloway officiating. Interment will follow at Roselawn Memorial Gardens, Christiansburg. Visitation will be from 5-7 p.m. on Thursday, May 7, 2026, at McCoy Funeral Home.
