Carolyn Faye Webb Seib, 73, of Bedford passed away Tuesday, April 30, 2024. She was a daughter of the late Norman Webb and Virgie Mae Sweet Webb.She is preceded in death by, her first husband, Linwood Hubbard and her second husband, Thomas “Jerry” Jerome Seib; her fiancé, Clifton Gilmore; a son, Richard Wilson; brothers, Norman and Robert Webb; sisters, Sadie Conner, Deloris “Tootsie” Wilson, Audrey Thompson. Surviving are her children, Sherman “Dee” Wilson, Vickie Hubbard, Karlena Gibson (David) and Jessica Hubbard; sisters, Janet B. Hall (Woody), Juanita Tabor and Judy Jackson; 14 grandchildren, Shana, Matthew, Alexis, Taylor, Kathleen “Katie”, Brandie, Courtney, Brandon, Derek, Jaiden, Jordyn, Jurnei, Kya and Kaden; 17 great-grandchildren, Chase, Fiona, Abel, Amiyah, Adeyja, Aleyja, Tahlyn, Charlie, Julian, Alyias, Maddox, Tamsyn, Ke’mya, Jazlynn, Malcolm, Lyric, Kingston; special friend, Pamela Scott; a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.The family will receive friends from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 pm, Sunday, May 5, 2024 at Lotz Funeral Home, Vinton. A celebration of Carolyn’s life will be held Monday, May 6, 2024 at 1:00 pm at Lotz Funeral Home, 305 E. Washington Ave. Vinton with Pastor Joey Phillips officiating.
