Carolyn Lynne Brown

Carolyn Lynne Brown, age 59 of Glade Hill went to be with the Lord Saturday, March 21, 2026. She was born July 2, 1966 a daughter of the late Rufas and Tressie Hall Beckner and was also preceded in death by her brothers, William and Steve; and sister, Sue. She will be sadly missed by her husband of 33 years, John H. Brown; children, John A. Brown and John C. Brown; brother, Roger Beckner; several nieces, nephews, other family and close friends. Carolyn was employed with Franklin County Public Schools for over 20 years and was currently Cafeteria Manager at Dudley Elementary School. She loved all the children at the school and never met a stranger. She also loved animals. A memorial service will be held at a later date. Arrangements by Flora Funeral Service and Cremation Center, Rocky Mount.
