Cathy Gwyn Inman

Cathy Gwyn Inman, age 68, passed away the morning of 11-16-2024. She was born May 16, 1956 to the late Junior and Callie Gwyn.

She was preceded in death by husband Don Inman and sisters Gail Seals and Ann Leonard.

Left to cherish her loving memory is daughter Miranda Inman Thorn (Ken Thorn), special nephews Eddie Watkins (Bridgette), Dion Snow (Elizabeth), grandsons KJ Thorn and Greg Thorn (Becca), great grand daughter Sydney. Several great nieces and nephews: Kolbren, Kaiah, Jaylen, Olivia, Blake, and Brady. Multiple step-siblings and cousins in Bristol, TN; additional remaining uncles and cousins; and way too many special friends to list by name.

Cathy was a loving and supportive mother, grandmother, friend and caregiver to many! She had faith in God, loved her family dearly, and cherished the many friendships she gained over the years.

She worked in the public at various places which was the best for “Chatty Cathy” to be who she was – a friendly and caring person to anyone that crossed her path. She had a heart of gold, always put others first, and would offer help in any way she could.

Cathy’s legacy of love and care for others, talking to anyone and everyone, and friendly nature will be forever treasured by all who knew her.

In honor of Cathy’s request, there will be no formal service. Instead, celebrate Cathy’s life by saying hello and striking up a conversation with a stranger.
