Charles D. Via, 71, of Roanoke, went to be with the Lord, Wednesday, October 23, 2024. He was preceded in death by his parents Charles Wayne Via and India Donahue Schell.
Charles is survived by his sister, Dianna Via-Dapena; children, David W. Via, Shannon Law and husband Paul, Stephanie Guercin and husband Richard; grandchildren, Jessica, Bailey, Jaylen, Jena, Hannah, and Vincent; as well as numerous great-grandchildren.
A graveside service will be held Wednesday, October 30, 2024, at 1 pm at Blue Ridge Memorial Gardens with Pastor Troy Mays officiating. Arrangements by Simpson Funeral Home Peters Creek Chapel. (540)366-0707.
