Claude Thomas Lynch

Claude Thomas Lynch, 68, of Roanoke, went to be with the Lord on Thursday, May 23, 2024. He was born in Bedford and was preceded in death by his parents, Helen and Calvin Lynch.

He is survived by his wife, Stacy Duckworth Lynch; son, Christopher Lynch (Hannah) and grandson Colter; daughter, Erin Fraser and grandchildren Liam and Lacey; and brothers, Danny Lynch and James Lynch.

He retired a Lieutenant for the Virginia Department of corrections after 30 years. Four months later, he went to work for PMI for 17 years. He was a hard worker. A Mason, and a Shriner. He loved hunting, fishing, antiquing, gardening, and spending time with family and friends. He will be missed by all.

The family will receive friends on Sunday, June 2, 2024 from 12:00 -1:00pm at Simpson Funeral Home (Peters Creek). A Celebration of Life Service will follow at 1:00 pm.
