Daley Graham Reece, 90, of Salem, Virginia passed away Saturday, May 18, 2024. Daley was born on August 14, 1933, in Virginia. He is predeceased by his parents, Amos “Payton” and Laura Reece and his 5 brothers and sisters.
He is survived by his wife, Hilda Carter Reece of 68 years and many nieces and nephews. Daley worked as a heavy equipment mechanic at Surface Equipment for many years. He was also a member of White Memorial United Methodist Church. A visitation will be held at Lotz Funeral Home in Salem on Tuesday, May 21, 2024, from 6-8 p.m.
A graveside service at Sherwood Memorial Park will be held on Wednesday, May 22, 2024 at 2 p.m.
