Daniel Patrick Terry

Mr. Daniel Patrick Terry, 44, of Mt. Airy passed away Wednesday, May 10, 2023, at his home. He was born in Forsyth County on July 21, 1978, to the late Burton Eugene and Pearlie Darlene Holt Terry. Mr. Terry was a loving father and brother who will be dearly missed by his family and many friends. He is survived by daughters, Hailey Terry, Ashley Terry, Lily Terry; sisters and brother-in-law, Shonia Terry Atkins, Melissa Terry Wilson and Brandon; a brother and sister-in-law, Martin Eugene Terry and Annette; nine nieces and nephews. In addition to his parents Mr. Terry was preceded in death by grandparents, Carmie and Alpha Smith Terry, Alvis and Vernell Martin Holt; nephews, Stephen Atkins, and Casey Terry. A funeral service will be held Sunday, May 14, 2023, at 2:00 PM at Moody Funeral Home Chapel with Mr. Eric Holt officiating. Burial will follow in Dover Baptist Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends Sunday from 12:30 until 2:00 PM at Moody Funeral Services in Mt. Airy and other times at his sister’s home, 2137 Fancy Gap Rd., Mt. Airy, NC 27030.
