David Louis Gibson

David Louis Gibson, age 50, of Alexandria, Virginia passed away, with his wife, Michelle and daughter, Miranda by his side, on January 17, 2024 while at Adler Care Center in Aldie, Virginia following an extended illness.
David was born on April 13, 1973 in Bethesda, Maryland. He was in specialty retail management for commercial contracting, and was a simple man who enjoyed spending time outdoors, especially hiking and fishing. He was a huge Star Wars fan.
He was preceeded in death by a brother, Sherman Scott Gibson.
He is survived by wife, Michelle Masters Gibson; his five children, Miranda Smith, Kyra Gibson, Devin Gibson, Zachery Gibson, and Sage Gibson; a sister, Robbin Stinespring and husband Eddie; and a special friend, C. J. Larry.
In keeping with his wishes, his body has been cremated. There are no services planned.
The family suggests memorial tributes take the form of contributions to the American Cancer Society, or to your local hospice organization, in David’s memory.
