Dean Brimmer

Dean Howard Brimmer, 71, of Roanoke passed away Monday, May 20, 2024. Born in Elmira, NY, he was the son of the late Howard Brimmer and Francis Quick Coats. An RC airplane enthusiast and master-certified mechanic, he was a beloved husband and father.Dean is survived by his wife, Linda Brimmer; son, Jeremy Brimmer and partner Christy Schaeffer; daughter, Deanna Gabrielson and husband James Johnson; granddaughter, Madison Brimmer; brother, Howard Brimmer and wife Jeanie; sister, Berneta Cranmer and husband James; and extended family.Services at a later time.In lieu of flowers, the family asks that all donations being made go directly to the American Heart Association in memory of Dean.
