Debra Helen Lagray

Debra Helen LaGray, 68, of Eden, North Carolina, passed away Saturday, June 8, 2024. She was born December 23, 1955, in Florence, South Carolina, to the late Warren Brown and Nel Brown.In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by sister, Willaree Moates; and brothers, Jimmy Brown, and Billy Brown.Debra was known as a lighthearted individual, who could laugh at anything. She was a free spirit often referred to as a gypsy and always knew how to have a good time. She worked dedicatedly in a food truck crew, where she shared her amazing personality with not only her coworkers, but her customers too. She loved spending time with her children, grandchildren, family, and friends. Debra’s personality and will to always laugh made an impression on everyone in her life.She is survived by sons, Jonathan McNeely, and Robert Stevenson; sister, Shirley Gibbs; grandchildren, Rachel Greene, Jaysic McNeely, and Jonathan McNeely; as well as special friends, John and Amy Hogan.All services will be private.
