Delliea Mines

Ms. Delliea "Louise" Webb Mines, age 60, of Clifton Forge, died Friday, March 14, 2025, at the Woodlands Nursing Home and Rehabilitation, Clifton Forge.
Ms. Mines was born April 25, 1964 in Virginia, the daughter of the late Albert Luther Webb and Delliea Thompson Webb. She had been employed as a waitress by the Homestead Resort in Hot Springs for a number of years.
Ms. Mines is survived by her daughter, Phyllis Nicole (Nikki) Webb of Clifton Forge; her siblings, Melissa L. Gutshall of Covington, Bert Wayne Webb of Iron Gate and Lisa A. Webb of Covington; five grandchildren, Cheyenne Webb, Kayden Scott, McKenzie Scott, Kashtyn Sammons and Andrea Anderson and a number of nieces and nephews.
A family organized memorial service will be conducted at 11:00 A.M. Saturday, April 5, 2025, at the Iron Gate Community Church with Rev. Edith Snedegar officiating.
