Diana Berry Dickens

Diana Berry Dickens, 84, passed away peacefully on April 27, 2026, surrounded by her loving family. Diana was born in Detroit, MI on August 19, 1941 to the late Velma Parkhill Davis and the late Paul Davis.

Diana was of the Christian Faith and a member Union Church. She worked for many years in the restaurant industry as a waitress previous to her retirement.

Diana is survived by a daughter; Debbie Souders of Hixson, TN; a adopted daughter; Dianne Meadows of Danville, VA; eight grandchildren; James, Barry, Dustin, David, Devyn, Clay, Chase, and Kambree; nine great grandchildren; Ella, Evelyn, Elliott, Wyatt, Dalton, Kimber, Deacon, Colton, and Carter; and two sister in laws; Donna and Sherri Dickens.

In addition to her parents, Diana was predeceased by three sons; Buddy, Dwayne, and Dickie Dickens; a daughter; Donna Leigh Anderson; a brother; Stuart Berry; and a sister; Karilyn Godwin.

The family would like to extend a special and heartfelt thank you to her caregivers; Teresa Hyler and Margaret Carter, and the loving and caring staff at Roman Eagle Nursing Home.
